Talent Acquisition Intern (Remote)

Overview

Talent Acquisition Intern role supporting recruiting operations for a remote team in Colombia.

What you'll do

• Manage and update the Applicant Tracking System.
• Schedule and conduct phone screens.
• Help implement a Recruiting Best Practice strategy.
• Assist in building an event calendar (career fairs, campus onsite visits, networking meetups).
• Support candidate pipeline reporting and analysis.

What you'll need

• Currently pursuing a degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
• Background and/or education in HR, People Operations, Recruiting, or Organizational Development.
• Interest in startups.
• Demonstrated experience working with Claude or equivalent large language model tools, using AI to enhance productivity, research, and communication.
• Hard-working, self-motivated, and able to take initiative.

Details

• Location: Remote / Colombia.
• Compensation: $2.800.000 COP per month.
• Employment: Full-time (intern) and remote.
