Regional Accounting Specialist (EMEA)

Overview

Lead regional accounting, audit, compliance, reporting, and team-development activities for Dutch and DACH entities across EMEA.

What you'll do

• Lead regional audits and compliance requirements for Dutch and DACH entities.
• Coordinate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities.
• Prepare consolidated financial statements under multiple frameworks.
• Lead technical accounting research and implementation.
• Implement global accounting policies at the regional level.
• Develop accounting team members and resolve complex accounting issues with stakeholders.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Accounting experience with Dutch and DACH entities.
• ACCA or equivalent professional certification.
• Strong leadership and people management experience.
• International accounting and multi-entity experience.
• Experience developing reporting procedures and controls.

Nice to have

• MBA.

• Remote role in the United Kingdom.
• Annual salary range: GBP 52,000–65,000.
