IMS Specialist II

Overview

Support investigator payment operations, site grant management and payment-related activities for Investigator Management Solutions in Hyderabad.

What you'll do

• Manage investigator payments and site grant administration, including payment processing, tracking, reconciliation and system maintenance (IMPACT, Medidata, or similar platforms).
• Handle purchase orders and work orders to ensure compliance with agreed payment terms and schedules.
• Collaborate with Clinical Operations, Project Management, Finance and other stakeholders to support smooth execution of payment activities.
• Maintain accurate financial records, payment trackers and supporting documentation.
• Process invoices, prepare reports, resolve payment-related issues and support financial reconciliation activities.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, statistics, economics or a related discipline.
• 2-3 years of experience in investigator payments, site grant management, financial operations, PTP (Procure-to-Pay) or OTC (Order-to-Cash).
• Understanding of Clinical Trial Agreements (CTA), purchase orders and contractual payment terms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial tracking/reporting.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience within a CRO environment.
• Exposure to systems such as IMPACT or Medidata, or a similar payments experience.
