Senior Associate – Azure Data Engineering, D&A, Advisory

Overview

Senior Associate Azure Data Engineer (Data, Analytics & AI) to design, develop, and optimize scalable data solutions on Azure in Noida.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and manage scalable and secure data pipelines using Azure Databricks and Azure Data Factory.
• Write clean, efficient, reusable Python code for cloud automation, data processing, and orchestration.
• Architect and implement cloud-based data solutions integrating structured and unstructured data sources.
• Build and optimize ETL workflows and ensure seamless data integration across platforms.
• Develop data models using normalization and denormalization techniques for OLTP and OLAP systems.
• Develop data warehousing solutions and support BI use cases in the Azure ecosystem.
• Lead code reviews and enforce version control practices (e.g., Git).

What you'll need

• 6+ years overall experience in cloud engineering or data engineering roles.
• At least 2-3 years of hands-on experience with Azure cloud services.
• Strong Python programming skills with advanced scripting, automation, and cloud SDK experience.
• Advanced SQL skills.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Databricks and Azure Data Factory.
• Hands-on experience with Apache Spark.
• Experience with Azure Blob Storage / Azure Data Lake Storage.

Nice to have

• Understanding of OLTP and OLAP environments.
• Experience with Kafka and Hadoop.
• Experience with Azure Synapse Analytics.
• Experience integrating Azure DevOps for CI/CD.
• Agile delivery methodology experience.
