Overview

Inbound Sales Representative Associate in the Next Generation Customer Operations process, handling queries from employees, customers and vendors of client organizations within the HR Contact Center team.

What you'll do

• Manage and resolve customer queries, handle escalations and complaints of dissatisfied customers, and give the best resolutions.
• Close faults and complaints within SLAs.
• Handle queries from employees, customers and vendors of client organizations while ensuring seamless, personalized interactions.
• Solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines.
• Work as an individual contributor within a team, with a predetermined, focused scope of work.

• 1 to 3 years of experience.

• Blended support process with 60-70% of interactions handled via calls and the remaining volume divided between emails and chats.
• Services primarily catering to the US region, requiring night shift availability as per IST.
• May require working in rotational shifts.
