What you'll do

• Handle queries from employees, customers and vendors of client organizations with seamless, personalized interactions.
• Manage customer queries, handle escalations and complaints, and give best resolutions.
• Close faults and complaints within SLAs.
• Solve routine problems largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines.
• Work as an individual contributor within a team, with a predetermined, focused scope of work.

Details

• Location: Mumbai.
• Blended support process with 60-70% of interactions via calls and the remaining volume split between emails and chats.
• Night shift availability as per IST required, serving the US region.
• May require rotational shifts.
