Overview

Inbound Sales Representative Associate in the Next Generation Customer Operations process, within the HR Contact Center team, handling queries from employees, customers and vendors of client organizations.

What you'll do

• Manage and resolve customer queries, handle escalations and complaints, and give the best resolutions.
• Close faults and complaints within SLAs.
• Handle disputes and deliver seamless, personalized interactions across a blended process of 60-70% calls with the remainder across email and chat.
• Solve routine problems largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines.
• Work as an individual contributor within a team, with a predetermined, focused scope of work.
