Overview

Serve in the Customer Support vertical as an Inbound Sales Representative Associate, managing customer queries, escalations and complaints while providing resolutions.

What you'll do

• Manage and resolve customer queries.
• Handle escalations and complaints from dissatisfied customers.
• Provide the best resolutions to customers.
• Close faults and complaints within SLAs.
• Work with platforms and software used by contact centers to provide customer support.
• Solve routine problems largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines.

What you'll need

• Any graduation.
• 1 to 3 years of experience.
• Primary skill: Customer Service Technology - P1.

Details

• Location: Bengaluru.
• You will interact within your own team and with your direct supervisor.
• You will receive detailed to moderate level of instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instruction on new assignments.
• Decisions will impact your own work.
• Work as an individual contributor as part of a team, with a predetermined, focused scope of work.
• The role may require rotational shifts.
