Inbound Sales Representative Associate-Voice

Overview

Inbound Sales Representative Associate within Accenture's Next Generation Customer Operations, handling queries from employees, customers and vendors of client organizations in the HR Contact Center, primarily for the US region.

What you'll do

• Manage and resolve customer queries, handling escalations and complaints of dissatisfied customers and giving best resolutions.
• Close faults and complaints within SLAs.
• Handle a blended support process with 60-70% of interactions via calls and the remaining volume across emails and chats.
• Solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines.
• Work as an individual contributor within a team, with a predetermined, focused scope of work.
