Overview

Inbound Sales Representative Associate within Accenture's Next Generation Customer Operations, handling customer and employee queries for the HR Contact Center team, primarily for the US region.

What you'll do

• Manage and resolve customer queries, handle escalations and complaints, and deliver the best resolutions.
• Close faults and complaints within SLAs.
• Handle queries from employees, customers and vendors of client organizations while ensuring seamless, personalized interactions.
• Solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines.
• Work as an individual contributor within a team, with a predetermined, focused scope of work.

• Blended support process with 60-70% of interactions via calls and the remainder via emails and chats.
