Overview

Inbound Sales Representative Associate in Accenture's Next Generation Customer Operations, Customer Service Technology, handling inbound employee, customer and vendor queries for an HR Contact Center serving primarily the US region.

What you'll do

• Manage and resolve customer queries, handle escalations and complaints from dissatisfied customers, and deliver the best resolutions.
• Close faults and complaints within SLAs.
• Handle queries from employees, customers and vendors of client organizations, ensuring seamless, personalized interactions.
• Manage a blended support process with 60-70% of interactions by call and the remainder across email and chat.
• Solve routine problems largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines.
• Work as an individual contributor within a team, with a predetermined, focused scope of work.
