Overview

Inbound Sales Representative Associate in Accenture's Next Generation Customer Operations, Customer Service Technology team, handling customer, employee and vendor queries in a blended voice, email and chat support process primarily for the US region.

What you'll do

• Manage and resolve customer queries.
• Handle escalations and complaints from dissatisfied customers and give the best resolutions.
• Close faults and complaints within SLAs.
• Handle queries from employees, customers and vendors of client organizations, ensuring seamless, personalized interactions.
• Solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines.
• Prioritize workload.

Details

• Location: Mumbai.
• Blended support process with 60-70% of interactions via calls and the remainder split between emails and chats.
• Night shift availability as per IST required.
• May require working in rotational shifts.
• Individual contributor role within a team, with a predetermined, focused scope of work.
• Receives detailed to moderate level of instruction on daily tasks and detailed instruction on new assignments.
