What you'll do

• Break down complex business problems and develop hypotheses to deliver data-driven recommendations.
• Perform rigorous analysis across large datasets and synthesize findings into insights and opportunities.
• Develop and present executive-level recommendations, deliverables, and support strategy/execution discussions.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to gather information and co-create deliverables.
• Optimize operations and business processes to drive cycle-time reduction and cost savings.
• Use program management discipline to keep initiatives within scope, schedule, and impact.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• 7–10 years of relevant work experience, preferably in semiconductor industry or consulting.
• Strong analytical skills across multiple data sources.
• Expert-level data analytics tools including SQL, Excel, Tableau, or Power BI; Python.
• Proven experience working across cross-functional business teams.
• Working knowledge of Lean / Six Sigma (DMAIC, Kaizen); Green Belt or Black Belt preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication, organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
