Information Security Engineer

Overview

Information Security Engineer focused on owning P&G’s Infosec and Data Privacy governance, compliance, and continuous assurance activities.

What you'll do

• Own the end-to-end Infosec & Data Privacy program, including Governance Board and fortnightly project reviews.
• Run the Privacy Council/Champions and drive the RoPA Owner operating rhythm.
• Own the RoPA lifecycle and drive regulatory compliance, notably DPDP, coordinating global SPOCs.
• Plan and run mock Infosec & Privacy audits, drive closure actions, and support 2LOD/GIA audit readiness.
• Own the Infosec & Data Privacy scorecard, track gaps, and drive root-cause analysis and remediation.
• Present progress, gaps, and risks to ILT and leadership; manage TPRM governance for Infosec & Privacy.

What you'll need

• Strong program/project management experience with governance action tracking and executive reporting.
• Deep knowledge of Data Privacy compliance, including RoPA and DPDP.
• Experience running audits/mock audits.
• Experience building compliance scorecards and quality dashboards.
• Executive-ready communication to distill complex compliance data for leadership.
• CISSP/CISM certifications are mentioned as a strong plus.
