Information Security Engineering Specialist

Overview

Lead AWS security engineering activities, including architecture reviews, security solution development, automation, risk assessments, and incident response. The role supports agile delivery squads and provides technical guidance across security and platform teams.

What you'll do

• Architect and maintain AWS security products and automation deployments.
• Conduct security architecture and risk reviews using standard methodologies.
• Develop and deploy automated security capabilities with CloudFormation and Terraform.
• Perform risk assessments, threat modelling, and security testing.
• Support platform-based security incidents, CTI, and Security Operations Centre activities.
• Develop security standards, architectural patterns, and future security roadmaps.
• Mentor teams and advise customers on AWS security risks and solutions.

What you'll need

• At least 4 years of experience delivering technical solutions on AWS platforms.
• Hands-on knowledge of AWS security products, cloud firewalls, and WAF.
• Experience with AWS CLI scripting and Python, Bash, PowerShell, Ruby, or Lambda.
• Knowledge of ADO pipelines, Terraform, infrastructure as code, and cloud automation.
• Hands-on implementation experience with Resource Access Management and identity-provider integration.
• Knowledge of incident, problem, and relationship management.
• Ability to support security operations and align solutions with global standards.

Nice to have

• AWS certification is preferred.

• Location: Pune, Maharashtra, India.
