Information Security Engineer II - IAM (Sailpoint Developer)

Overview

Design, develop, implement, and support SailPoint Identity Governance solutions within the Identity and Access Management team. The role focuses on application onboarding, workflow development, lifecycle automation, provisioning integrations, and access governance.

What you'll do

• Configure and support SailPoint IdentityIQ and/or SailPoint Identity Security Cloud.
• Implement Joiner, Mover, and Leaver identity lifecycle workflows.
• Develop SailPoint workflows, rules, forms, policies, and provisioning processes.
• Onboard enterprise applications using connector-based and custom integrations.
• Configure access requests, approvals, certifications, recertifications, RBAC, ABAC, and SoD controls.
• Troubleshoot identity governance, provisioning, aggregation, and certification issues.
• Support upgrades, testing, deployments, releases, documentation, and code reviews.

What you'll need

• 4+ years of experience in IAM or Identity Governance Administration.
• 3+ years of hands-on SailPoint IdentityIQ experience.
• Experience with Java, REST APIs, Web Services, JSON/XML, SQL, and database concepts.
• Experience with PowerShell, BeanShell, Java, or Python scripting.
• Knowledge of LDAP, Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID, and enterprise authentication.
• Ability to analyze requirements, troubleshoot issues, and manage stakeholder relationships.

Nice to have

• SailPoint IdentityIQ Engineer Certification.
• Experience in banking, financial services, or regulated environments.
• Knowledge of SAML, OAuth, OIDC, and SSO concepts.
• Experience with cloud and SaaS integrations, ServiceNow, CyberArk, or other IAM technologies.
