Information Security Specialist, AVP

Overview

Information Security Specialist (AVP) in the CSO/ISPS Control Governance area, focusing on Identity & Access (I&A) policy controls and compliance assurance.

What you'll do

• Drive compliance assurance for I&A Policy Controls through control compliance and reporting.
• Lead Control Governance activities for Identity & Access (I&A) Operations.
• Ensure control articulation is current, self-explanatory, and includes implementation guidance.
• Coordinate governance with I&A Control Owners and the CSO-level Control Framework Owner.
• Conduct proactive Information Security control assessment applicability reviews for emerging technologies.
• Document and define new business requirements for a GRC platform and security requirements.

What you'll need

• Expertise in governance tasks.
• Excellent documentation and negotiation skills.
• Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
• Domain knowledge in Information Security / Identity & Access Management.
• Expertise in Microsoft products such as Word, Excel (formula level), PowerPoint, and OneNote.
• Experience with tools including JIRA, ServiceNow IRM, RSA Archer, and MS Visio.

Details

• Reports to the CSO/ISPS Governance Head and requires regular and ad-hoc reporting.
• Location: Pune - Business Bay.
