Overview

HITRUST Certified Consultant supporting cybersecurity, privacy, and compliance consulting engagements, with the ability to deploy across multiple client assignments.

What you'll do

• Serve as a deployable consulting resource across multiple client engagements, with a focus on healthcare.
• Adapt quickly to new client environments while maintaining high-quality delivery.
• Support execution of cybersecurity and compliance consulting engagements under senior guidance.
• Collect data, conduct risk assessments and gap analyses, and document findings.
• Assist in evaluating client security postures, including vulnerability management and compliance alignment.
• Develop recommendations aligned with frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, CIS Controls, and HIPAA.
• Contribute to incident response planning, tabletop exercises, and post-incident reviews.

What you'll need

• 1–3 years of consulting, cybersecurity, or related client-facing experience.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, HIPAA, ISO, CIS Controls).
• Ability to assess risk, analyze findings, and support client recommendations.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt quickly between engagements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with consulting methodologies and project delivery models.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.

• Billable hours target: 1,768 hours annually (85% utilization).
