Infrastructure Automation Engineer

Overview

Design, build and maintain enterprise-scale infrastructure automation, container platforms and CI/CD pipelines for enterprise environments.

What you'll do

• Design and implement enterprise-scale automation solutions using Ansible and Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform.
• Build and manage scalable container platforms using Docker and container orchestration technologies.
• Design and maintain enterprise-grade CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
• Automate server provisioning, application deployment, configuration management and operational workflows.
• Develop reusable automation frameworks, custom modules, playbooks, templates and shared automation libraries.
• Integrate enterprise tools and third-party platforms using REST APIs, web services and automation connectors.
• Create automation standards, governance processes and best practices for infrastructure and platform operations.
• Collaborate with cloud, infrastructure, security, application and operations teams to deliver scalable automation solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex deployment, integration and infrastructure issues across enterprise environments.
• Drive continuous improvement, operational efficiency and automation maturity across the organization.

What you'll need

• Strong hands-on expertise with Ansible and Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform.
• Extensive experience in infrastructure automation and configuration management.
• Strong knowledge of container technologies, container setup and orchestration platforms.
• Advanced experience with Azure DevOps, including CI/CD pipeline implementation and release automation.
• Running test cases for automation validation.
• Proven experience integrating enterprise applications through REST APIs and custom automation modules.
• Strong scripting and automation development skills in PowerShell, Shell scripting and Python.
