Insight Analyst

Overview

Works in a data-driven team to drive actions that optimise performance and value across the business, delivering effective insight and performance analysis as an Assistant Manager.

What you'll do

• Conduct deep-dive analysis to identify drivers, trends, and improvement opportunities.
• Partner with business teams to translate insights into actionable performance interventions.
• Lead data quality investigations and drive improvements with data owners.
• Support the delivery of high-quality, automated and self-serve insights that empower executive decision-making with greater agility.
• Prepare compelling narrative summaries for stakeholders.
• Manage small improvement initiatives or workstreams.
• Be accountable for work end to end, proactively managing risks and ensuring commitments are met.
• Uphold alignment to Group Risk Framework, maintaining a culture of proactive risk ownership.
• Identify and work with others to deliver continuous improvement opportunities.
• Be curious by asking questions to grow capability and expand knowledge.
• Collaborate with the team to drive efficiencies and effectiveness.
• Support team productivity by identifying quick wins, automating repetitive tasks, building defined solutions and improving workflows using approved AI tools and emerging technologies.
