Institutional Investment Operations Associate - Reconciliation

Overview

Supports institutional investment operations with daily reconciliation, trade lifecycle activities, issue resolution, and surveillance-related projects.

What you'll do

• Perform and oversee daily reconciliation across CIB products and systems.
• Investigate reconciliation breaks and conduct root cause analysis.
• Resolve issues with Operations, Technology, Business, and Control teams.
• Support audit, compliance, and documentation requirements.
• Identify automation, process improvement, risks, and trends.
• Lead projects from a surveillance perspective.
• Follow up on business-line inquiries for resolution or escalation.

What you'll need

• 6+ years of institutional investment operations experience or equivalent experience, training, military experience, or education.
• Experience in capital markets or CIB reconciliations.
• Strong understanding of trade lifecycle and trade flow.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and changing demands.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Alteryx, SQL, or Xceptor.
• Experience with SMARTS, Actimize, or similar trade surveillance systems.
