Institutional Investment Operations Representative

Overview

Support institutional investment operations by processing trades and documents accurately, maintaining controls, and delivering client-focused service in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll do

• Perform routine to moderately complex operational activities supporting institutional trades, using established procedures and general knowledge of relevant functions and systems.
• Review and process time-sensitive documents accurately and within established service-level requirements.
• Support audit activities by gathering documentation, maintaining records, and responding to requests in accordance with established procedures.
• Identify and address routine compliance and corporate governance matters, escalating issues as appropriate.
• Interact with internal and external customers in accordance with prescribed processes and service standards.
• Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve operational issues and achieve process-specific goals.
• Execute assigned activities while developing knowledge of applicable functions, policies, procedures, systems, and compliance requirements.

What you'll need

• 1+ year of Institutional Investment Operations support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
