Custody Services, Associate 2

Overview

Custody Services Associate 2 role within State Street Global Services, handling time-critical client inquiries and trade processing across functional teams.

What you'll do

• Work on time-critical incoming inquiries across functional TS teams, acting as a single point of contact for functional TS incoming inquiries.
• Function as an extension of the client service model to ensure seamless service delivery across Business Operations for clients.
• Engage with business leads and peers and interface with senior leaders across the organization.
• Build strong internal and external relationships and ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Support electronic and manual trade processing, rectifying trade instructions stuck in GTM/IIP due to missing SSIs or reference data elements such as broker code and fund set-up, and pushing them into the Custody & Accounting platform (MCH).

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in commerce, BBA, MBA Finance or MCom.
• 1+ years of experience in the Financial Services Industry.
• Strong time management and organizational skills; ability to multitask in a challenging environment.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, facilitation, presentation and negotiation skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in trade capture/trade settlement, SWIFT messages, cash/payment processing, telephonic interaction with brokers/custodians, etc.
