Insurance Operations Associate

Overview

Insurance Operations Associate in US Retirement Services, handling end-to-end processing of monetary and non-monetary transactions for Defined Contribution participants.

What you'll do

• Process Money-In transactions including asset transfers, enrollments, recordkeeping, account maintenance, IRA contributions, and file processing.
• Verify addresses using USPS and public record tools.
• Process rollovers, transfers and account maintenance transactions.
• Perform IGO NIGO validation and quality control, meeting SLA adherence and compliance standards.
• Resolve queries and manage backlog on high-volume work.
• Maintain process documentation and SOPs, and support process improvement initiatives.

What you'll need

• Any Bachelor's degree.
• Experience in the US retirement industry (mandatory).
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Good typing skills and attention to detail.
• Good time management skills.
• Ability to work independently.
