Overview

Insurance Operations New Associate in Retirement Solutions, Retirement Planning Services, supporting US Defined Contribution retirement operations.

What you'll do

• End-to-end processing of monetary and non-monetary transactions, including enrollments, rollovers, transfers and account maintenance.
• Perform IGO NIGO validation, quality control, SLA adherence, compliance checks, query resolution and backlog management.
• Handle money-in processes including asset transfers, enrollments, recordkeeping, account maintenance, IRA contributions and file processing.
• Verify addresses using USPS and public record tools.
• Document processes, maintain SOPs and support process improvement initiatives and high-volume processing.

What you'll need

• Any Bachelor's degree or any graduation.
• Experience in the US retirement industry (mandatory).
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Good typing skills and attention to detail.
• Good time management skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Open to working in US shifts based on business requirements.
