Overview

Quality Assurance Analyst II role performing QC/QA review of regulatory and transactional communications delivered to participants by the Document Management & Control (DMC) team.

What you'll do

• Conduct Quality Control and/or Quality Assurance of Document Management & Control (DMC) team processes that provide regulatory and transactional communications to participants.
• Review sampled delivered communications to ensure content displays correctly and all required information is included.
• Manage an assigned sample of cases, reviewing and reporting findings while maintaining specified production and efficiency metrics.
• Assist in the development and updating of SOPs and Standard Work for lines of business in the business unit.

What you'll need

• University (Degree) education requirement.
