Overview
Recruitment internship supporting the hiring team in sourcing, engaging and converting potential candidates from a provided market database, and coordinating interview schedules.
What you'll do
- Utilize the provided database to source and connect with candidates
- Engage and convert potential candidates through calls/emails
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates
- Maintain candidate records and follow-up updates
- Support the recruitment team in day-to-day hiring activities
What you'll need
- Graduate / pursuing graduation
- Strong communication skills (English must, with local language)
- Interest in HR and recruitment
