Intern- Purchase Operations

Overview

A 6-month internship (Jan-Jun 2027) in Purchase Operations, giving hands-on experience applying the procurement cycle (RFQ/RFI/PR/PO/SA) in practice across supply chain management, indirect procurement, Coupa and stakeholder management.

What you'll do

• Work on a ticket-based system to assist the Strategic Buyer.
• Create and update purchase documents and follow up with requesters on any issues.
• Create RFX sourcing events in the system and follow up for the bid.
• Perform invoice clearance and assist with invoice-related queries.
• Work on vendor onboarding and NDA creation.

What you'll need

• Undergraduate, graduate or postgraduate in Commerce, Management, Business, Logistics & Supply Chain or similar.
• Keen to understand and learn about SCM, procurement and related fields.

Nice to have

• Basic experience or familiarity with ERP/procurement tools such as SAP, Ivalua and Coupa.
