Internal Auditor

Overview

Internal Auditor to plan and perform financial and operational audits for manufacturing entities in the AMERICAS region, following the Annual Internal Audit Plan and Internal Audit Methodology.

What you'll do

• Plan and perform financial and operational audits.
• Analyze business and support processes in scope.
• Identify and assess risks and controls for in-scope entities/processes.
• Conduct field audit work including interviews, walk-throughs, and sample tests.
• Contribute to field audit wrap-up, including review of action plans and documentation.
• Communicate audit results and recommendations to local management.
• Act as Lead Auditor on a rotational basis.

What you'll need

• 5+ years internal audit experience for an international manufacturing company.
• External audit experience at a Big 4.
• Sound understanding of internal control concepts and models.
• Fluency in English and Spanish for oral and written communication.
• Experience writing audit reports in English.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize and communicate results clearly.
• MS Office (Excel) knowledge.

• Travel: up to 50–70% in the US, Canada, Latin America, and occasionally globally.
