About the Job

We are hiring for an International Banking Operations Back Office role on a Full-time basis with OnSite work arrangement. In this position, you will support end-to-end transaction processing and back-office operations for international banking workflows. You will help ensure smooth processing, accurate documentation, and timely completion of operational tasks while adhering to AML and compliance standards. This role is ideal for professionals who have strong operational discipline, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of BFSI processes and banking controls.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform transaction processing activities for international banking operations, ensuring accuracy and adherence to defined procedures.
• Verify and validate transactions, supporting data completeness, correct posting, and proper record maintenance in line with core banking processes.
• Conduct initial checks for AML compliance indicators and escalate suspicious activities as per internal policy.
• Maintain service-level timelines by prioritizing workloads and following operational workflows for back-office processing.
• Reconcile records and resolve processing errors by coordinating with relevant internal teams and updating logs or trackers.
• Follow regulatory and internal audit requirements, ensuring documentation is complete, consistent, and traceable.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process accuracy, turnaround time, and operational controls.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Hands-on knowledge of International Banking Operations and back-office transaction workflows.
• Strong working understanding of core banking concepts and how operational changes affect processing outcomes.
• Experience with transaction processing and reconciliation, with a strong focus on accuracy.
• Working familiarity with AML requirements, screening concepts, and escalation practices.
• Good understanding of BFSI compliance standards and operational risk controls.
• Ability to handle repetitive tasks efficiently while maintaining high attention to detail.
• Clear communication and ability to follow procedures, documentation standards, and escalation workflows.
