Chat Support Representative

About the Job

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates for an International Chat Support role on a Full-time basis with OnSite work setup. In this position, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers from different regions using web chat and help resolve queries quickly, clearly, and professionally. If you enjoy communicating with people, have a strong command of written English, and like working in a fast-paced support environment, this role is a great fit.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle customer interactions through International Web Chat, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
• Understand customer concerns, ask relevant questions, and provide step-by-step resolutions.
• Maintain a friendly, professional tone while de-escalating sensitive or urgent situations.
• Document interactions and updates in the appropriate systems to support smooth case follow-ups.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate issues that require additional investigation.
• Meet chat service targets for quality, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.
• Follow defined support guidelines, policies, and data-handling procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively in writing with strong grammar and clarity.
• Experience or comfort working with International Web Chat support processes.
• Customer-first mindset with patience and attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of troubleshooting and problem-solving in a support environment.
• Comfort working in an OnSite schedule and handling multiple active chats.
• Good learning attitude for understanding products, policies, and changing workflows.
• Reliable attendance and the ability to maintain quality standards throughout shifts.
