What you'll do

• Facilitate technical interviews through Karat’s platform.
• Create an enjoyable candidate experience while evaluating coding skills and technical knowledge.
• Provide input on candidate performance, including coding style and communication.
• Evaluate knowledge-question answers and coding approach.
• Collaborate with Karat to test content, processes, and products.

What you'll need

• 3+ years of experience as a Software Developer or Engineer.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and oral).
• Reliable access to a working webcam and microphone.
• A stable internet connection.
• Experience conducting technical interviews is preferred (e.g., data structures, algorithms).
