Interview Engineer (Thailand)

Overview

Interview Engineer role facilitating technical interviews for software developers through Karat’s platform, with a focus on objective evaluations and reducing bias.

What you'll do

• Facilitate technical interviews via Karat’s platform.
• Create an enjoyable candidate experience while evaluating coding skills and technical knowledge.
• Provide input on interviewee performance, coding style, communication skills, and answers.
• Evaluate knowledge question answers and coding approach.
• Collaborate with Karat to test content, processes, and products.
• Mitigate bias and improve hiring signals through the interview process.

What you'll need

• 3+ years of experience as a Software Developer or Engineer.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and oral).
• Professionalism and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable access to a working webcam.
• Reliable access to a working microphone.
• Reliable access to a stable Internet connection.

Nice to have

• Experience conducting technical interviews (e.g., data structures, algorithms).
