Investment Performance Analyst, Associate 2

Overview

Investment Performance Analyst (Associate 2) provides performance measurement and attribution services for internal stakeholders and external clients.

What you'll do

• Deliver core investment performance measurement and attribution across asset classes.
• Use expertise to manage equity, multi-asset, and fixed income performance and attribution.
• Manage project work for onboarding new clients.
• Handle client communications and interactions using expert knowledge.
• Liaise with global teams to provide support to clients and stakeholders.
• Work with GIPS compliance and provide timely change management solutions.
• Support continuous process improvement and a risk-focused culture.

What you'll need

• Expert knowledge in Equity & Multi Asset & Fixed Income performance & attribution.
• Project management experience and experience onboarding new clients.
• Good working knowledge of GIPS compliance.
• Analytical thinking with strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to explain complex results clearly and concisely.
• Strong time and priority management to manage multiple deadlines.
• Key skills: Excel, VBA, and SQL.

Nice to have

• Mathematical-based subjects preferred.
• Strong experience preferably within an asset management house.
• CFA or CIPM.
• Beneficial performance measurement platforms.
