Overview

The Invoicing Consultant researches and resolves commercial invoicing discrepancies with field service partners. The role also analyzes discrepancy data to identify patterns and propose preventive solutions.

What you'll do

Research invoicing discrepancies for the commercial business line.
Remediate discrepancies efficiently.
Resolve discrepancies to the mutual satisfaction of Omnidian and field service partners.
Document invoicing discrepancies.
Analyze discrepancy data for recurring patterns.
Create solutions to prevent invoicing issues.
Propose solutions for review and implementation.
