IT Analyst Applications (Snowflake Developer) for Caterpillar’s Order Fulfillment & Procurement – Cat IT Division team.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes using Snowflake and cloud data technologies.
• Build and optimize Snowflake databases, schemas, tables, views, stored procedures, tasks, and streams.
• Develop data integration solutions to ingest data from ERP, procurement, supplier, and supply-chain systems into enterprise data platforms.
• Support procurement analytics and spend-related initiatives across procurement data platforms such as EPDP and SCDP.
• Monitor data quality and troubleshoot performance issues; implement optimization strategies.
• Enable analytics by supporting data access for Power BI and other BI solutions.

What you'll need

• 3 to 5 years of experience in data warehousing and data engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python, including data modeling and performance tuning.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS.
• Understanding of supply chain, procurement, or manufacturing business processes.
• Experience working with large-scale enterprise datasets and analytical solutions.

• Location: Bangalore, Karnataka.
• Position requires working onsite five days a week.
