IT Developer - Data Engineer

Overview

Build and maintain scalable data engineering solutions for enterprise analytics and AI initiatives using Databricks, Snowflake, Python, and modern data platforms.

What you'll do

• Design and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines and enterprise data workflows.
• Build and optimize data solutions with Databricks and Snowflake.
• Develop Python automation, integration, and data processing solutions.
• Implement workflow orchestration, scheduling, dependency management, and monitoring.
• Support real-time and batch data processing use cases.
• Ensure data quality, governance, security, and performance across platforms.
• Troubleshoot production issues and improve reliability and scalability.

What you'll need

• 3+ years of IT experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, MCA, or MSc.
• Strong experience with Databricks, Snowflake, Python, SQL, and data modeling.
• Experience building ETL/ELT pipelines and enterprise data workflows.
• Understanding of distributed data processing and performance optimization.
• Knowledge of APIs, automation frameworks, integration patterns, and cloud-based data architectures.
• Strong analytical, debugging, communication, and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI agents, intelligent orchestration, or automation frameworks.
• Exposure to Apache Spark or PySpark.
• Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps practices.
• Experience in enterprise healthcare or regulated environments.
