Overview
As an IT Engineer, you’ll lead the design and evolution of a cloud-first IT environment, building scalable, secure, and efficient systems for the organization.
What you'll do
- Design, implement, and manage a fully cloud-based IT environment with high availability, scalability, and security across SaaS platforms.
- Build and operate workflow automation using platforms such as Okta and Serval and related iPaaS tooling.
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of AI-powered agents and automations for IT workflows and self-service.
- Engineer integrations between core systems (Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, HR/finance platforms, engineering tooling) using REST APIs, webhooks, and SCIM.
- Manage API integrations including authentication, security, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
- Run root-cause analysis for complex IT issues and implement long-term solutions.
What you'll need
- 5+ years of experience in IT engineering, systems administration, or a related role in a cloud-first environment.
- Experience designing, building, and managing SaaS integrations using REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth, and SCIM.
- Hands-on experience with low-code/no-code AI and automation tools and iPaaS platforms (e.g., Okta Workflows, Serval, Workato, Zapier).
- Ability to work with software engineering teams with knowledge of version control (Git) and CI/CD concepts.
- Security-first mindset with least-privilege principles and familiarity with SOX and SOC 2.
- Experience managing tools such as Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and device management tools like Jamf and Intune.
Nice to have
- Programming/scripting ability in Python and JavaScript for integrations and automations.
- Experience with AI orchestration or agent platforms and exposure to scaling a global capability centre (GCC).
