IT ERP Product Analyst III

Overview

Design and deliver techno-functional solutions for Regal's Manufacturing business on Oracle EBS (INV, BOM, WIP, Costing) and working knowledge of Oracle VCP modules (ASCP, Demantra, Inventory Optimization). Own complex projects and production support within SLAs.

What you'll do

• Gather and analyze business requirements, and design, develop, test and implement technical solutions for supply chain, manufacturing and planning areas, including post-implementation maintenance and support.
• Document system specifications and designs (SSDs/MD50s, DDDs/MD70s, Unit Test Plans, Deployment Notes/MD120s) using Oracle AIM.
• Support system functional, end-to-end integration, regression and user acceptance testing within defined SLAs.
• Coordinate onsite and offshore Oracle EBS Manufacturing technical developers to deliver on-time, first-time-right solutions within budget.
• Ensure compliance with release, change and configuration management processes.
• Design, develop, test and deploy Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions and Workflows, and integrate them with other applications.
• Respond to, analyze and resolve production incidents within SLAs, perform routine maintenance, and monitor and enhance scheduled program performance.
• Automate and maintain integrations of Oracle EBS/VCP modules with internal and external systems.
• Analyze and plan Oracle EBS/VCP upgrades (Family Packs); create and resolve service requests with My Oracle Support.
• Improve system performance and reliability through root cause analysis and automation; establish standards and best practices and lead the team to apply them.
• Use systematic techniques and process modeling tools (use-case scenarios, activity diagrams, data-flow diagrams) for system specifications and design.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, including team members in other countries, and maintain technical documentation (BR100s, MD50s/70s, CV40s/70s).

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience.
• 8+ years of experience building and supporting solutions on Oracle EBS Manufacturing modules (INV, BOM, WIP, Costing) in a global environment, with at least 2 or 3 full lifecycle implementations or 3+ years of monitoring, maintaining, enhancing, integrating and upgrading.
• Highly skilled in Oracle E-Business Suite APIs, Open Interfaces, EBS/VCP data models, and building RICEW or CEMLI objects, including Forms, Form Personalization, XML Publisher, OA Framework.
• Proficient in SQL and PL/SQL (stored procedures, packages, triggers, bulk processing, ETL operations, REF cursors, collections).
• Comprehensive knowledge of collection methods, plan parameters, Demantra and Inventory Optimization architecture.
• Ability to analyze and resolve supply-demand exceptions and issues within SLAs.
• Experience with SQL*Plus, SQL*Loader, Data Loader, Export/Import, TKPROF, Oracle scheduler, Advanced Queues, and object management.
• Proficient in tools such as TOAD, PL/SQL Developer, data modeling tools and version control tools.
• Conversant with Oracle AIM (Application Implementation Methodology).

Nice to have

• Awareness or Green Belt certification in Lean Six Sigma, or APICS (CPIM, CIRM) certification.
• UNIX shell scripting experience.
• Professional certification in supply chain or Oracle E-Business Suite R12.
• Working experience in Oracle EBS R12 Supply Chain (Discrete Manufacturing) modules.
