IT Financial Management Coordinator

Overview

IT Financial Management Coordinator responsible for managing IT spend workflows, ensuring purchases/invoices and financial transactions align with budgets and approvals.

What you'll do

• Process IT purchase requests and invoices against approved budgets and guidelines.
• Maintain spend across projects, suppliers, functions, and categories with accuracy and completeness.
• Review financial transactions for accuracy, appropriate coding, and required approvals.
• Identify routine discrepancies or data issues and resolve or escalate them.
• Support analysts by maintaining a financial management framework for IT spend.
• Collect and maintain relevant financial information with IT Finance, Project Managers, and CIO Office stakeholders.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree plus 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Time management skills to prioritize daily and monthly tasks.
• Basic understanding of financial reporting.
• Experience with financial systems (Concur and D365) is preferred.
