IT Operations Analyst I

Overview

IT Operations Analyst I supports Sabre’s infrastructure and technology platforms through the Operations Control Center (OCC), monitoring systems and helping mitigate incidents.

What you'll do

• Apply and follow Sabre ITIL processes.
• Support operational stability of Sabre applications and infrastructure.
• Initiate calls for technical incidents and support resolution.
• Triage incidents and service requests using supported knowledge bases.
• Monitor and respond to incident alerts in a timely manner.
• Follow documented work instructions using pre-defined procedures.
• Operate shifts supporting a 24/7 environment.

What you'll need

• Have 1–2 years of related experience in a Command Center or NOC environment.
• Demonstrate fundamental understanding of Service Desk, Command Center, or Network Operations environments.
• Use monitoring tools such as Splunk, Zabbix, AppD, or Google Console.
• Have a firm foundation in written and verbal communication skills.
• Hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
