SAP COE Quote to Cash Customer Service

Overview

Own end-to-end SAP Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) customer service execution across order processing, shipment, billing, and proof of delivery.

What you'll do

• Manage SAP end-to-end Quote-to-Cash processes including order entry, shipment execution, freight billing, and proof of delivery.
• Provide advanced SAP application support across SD, FSM, Service, GTS, and EWM by resolving incidents and implementing enhancements.
• Monitor 3PL partner integrations to ensure seamless logistics and timely issue resolution.
• Support ERP transformation initiatives, including global rollouts and process standardization.
• Develop KPI dashboards and automated workflows to improve operational efficiency by 10–20%.
• Ensure compliance with GxP/SOX standards and maintain audit readiness and validated change processes.
• Collaborate with finance, logistics, and IT teams to safeguard revenue accuracy and customer satisfaction.

What you'll need

• Proven expertise in SAP S/4HANA covering SD, FSM, Service, GTS, and EWM.
• Strong integration knowledge across 3PL, warehouse, and finance systems.
• Adept at incident management.
• Experience with process optimization.
• Ability to ensure compliance with GxP/SOX standards.
