What you'll do

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner.
• Provide information to customers about product features.
• Help customers with problems and information requests or updates to customer information.
• Handle complaints and questions, and share information about products and services.
• Deliver customer support and account updates across inbound/outbound calls, emails, and other channels.
• Update customer files with appropriate information in line with regulatory, client, and corporate guidelines.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and deliver client metrics and expectations regularly.

What you'll need

• Education: Graduate or Undergraduate (either can apply).
• Previous experience as an Agent/Customer Service Representative is preferred but not required.
• Ability to interact with customers/customers information daily.
• Provide professional customer support.
• Update customer files accurately according to guidelines.
