IT Operations Engineer

Overview

IT Operations Engineer providing day-to-day IT operational support for Microsoft Entra, networking, security monitoring, and SaaS platforms.

What you'll do

• Integrate and maintain SaaS platforms into Microsoft Entra.
• Develop automation workflows for alerting, monitoring, and reporting to identify security threats.
• Manage SaaS platforms including Microsoft 365 and Slack.
• Create and deploy certificates and access controls for company-wide VPN solutions.
• Deploy and maintain networking services (WAN, LAN, and site-to-VPC) using Cisco Meraki and FortiGate equipment.
• Design, deploy, and manage SIEM solutions for threat analysis and detection.
• Ensure security policies and procedures to support SOC 2 compliance.

What you'll need

• 5 to 7 years experience in IT Operations and/or DevSecOps.
• Solid understanding of SOC 2 compliance.
• 3+ years configuring and administering medium/large-scale Entra environments including RBAC.
• Experience administering Microsoft 365, Atlassian, Slack, and other SaaS tools for a 1000+ employee company.
• Associate Degree in Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or Technical Trade School.

Details

• On-site deployment and maintenance of networking services and site location security/facility access control deployments.
• Travel may be required to other regional facilities as required.
