IT Security Lead - IAM Domain Specialist

Overview

Philips is seeking an IT Security Lead specialising in Identity and Access Management (IAM), with a focus on Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory, to architect and govern IAM solutions across the organisation.

What you'll do

• Act as an expert and architect for Microsoft technologies, especially Active Directory, Entra ID, Entra ID Connect and RADIUS authentication with AD services.
• Manage and implement application integrations, MFA and conditional access policies, application proxy, admin consents and Graph API.
• Provide architectural direction and design, and high-level plans and dependencies for infrastructure and platform projects in line with IAM and security policies.
• Architect solutions that simplify the existing landscape using future-proof technology.
• Work with partner teams and product vendors to architect and design IAM solutions.
• Own the IAM change management process and ensure all changes follow the process and deliver value.

What you'll need

• Overall 8-10 years of progressive experience and technical knowledge of infrastructure, applications, platforms and the IAM domain.
• 6+ years of hands-on experience in IAM solutions and design, with a focus on platforms such as Active Directory and Entra ID, and features such as Single Sign-on, SAML/OIDC, PIM, Multi Factor Authentication, Admin consent, LDAP, certificate administration, RADIUS authentication, hardware token management and passwordless authentication.
• Ability to design solutions and provide direction for complex challenges working with stakeholders.
• Ability to proactively identify and design future-proof solutions in the domain that drive customer satisfaction and reduce total cost of ownership.
• Expert understanding of cloud infrastructure design, architecture and applications, and network authentication concepts.
• Good stakeholder management skills.

• Excellent communication skills.
