IT Specialist

Overview

IT Specialist to provide end-user support for Windows and macOS and contribute to basic network operations and Microsoft Azure/M365 administration for the Bangalore office.

What you'll do

• Deliver L1/L2 desktop support for Windows 10/11 and macOS.
• Handle laptop provisioning, imaging, configuration, and lifecycle management (Windows & Mac).
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, peripherals, printers, and AV equipment.
• Manage software installations, patch management, and OS updates.
• Support device onboarding/offboarding, including account creation and asset handover.
• Manage M365 user accounts, licenses, and groups using Microsoft Entra ID.
• Perform basic LAN/Wi-Fi troubleshooting and assist with VPN client configuration for remote access.

What you'll need

• 5–8 years of hands-on IT support and systems administration experience.
• Proven experience supporting both Windows and macOS in a corporate environment.
• Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience with ITSM/ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Freshdesk, Jira Service Desk, or equivalent).
• Knowledge of imaging & deployment tools (SCCM, Intune, Autopilot, MDT).
• Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs) and Wi-Fi troubleshooting.
• Strong English communication for verbal, written, and documentation.
