IT Support Engineer

Overview

IT Support Engineer providing seamless IT operations and first-line employee support across the organization, while also contributing to longer-term IT initiatives.

What you'll do

• Monitor and resolve IT support tickets within SLA as the first line of support.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and access request issues across Windows, macOS, and mobile.
• Support Windows systems, Microsoft 365 applications, and related tools.
• Assist with user account provisioning, password resets, and access permissions.
• Contribute to IT projects including system upgrades, process improvements, and tool rollouts.
• Own onboarding and offboarding provisioning/deprovisioning of accounts, devices, and applications.

What you'll need

• Minimum 3 years of IT support experience (or equivalent education/experience).
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows, macOS, and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Experience using or supporting a ticketing/helpdesk system and IT asset management.
• Troubleshooting skills and a curiosity to learn and solve problems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-service mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Computer Science (or equivalent experience).
