IT Support Engineer

Overview

IT Support Engineer providing desktop, VDI, and server support plus troubleshooting for client software, hardware, and networking issues.

What you'll do

• Install Windows and client software.
• Troubleshoot basic hardware issues.
• Support VDI and VMware ESXi and related Windows Server environments.
• Manage and support O365 and client laptop installation/configuration.
• Diagnose networking issues including Wi-Fi and LAN connectivity.
• Support Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and related services.
• Respond to IT support requests and provide technical support on-site or remotely.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or computer science.
• Professional certificate MSCE & Azure.
• Proven work experience as a technical support engineer.
• Knowledge of computer hardware and networking systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex hardware/software and OS-level issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
