IT Support Engineer, Executive Support

Overview

IT Support Engineer, Executive Support will stand up and run an executive technology support function for executives, ABPs, and the board—owning requests end to end with discretion and urgency handling.

What you'll do

• Stand up executive support intake channels and monitor/respond/follow through on requests.
• Define and deliver a white-glove service model for sensitive executive, ABP, and board asks.
• Design board-meeting AV support playbooks and provide AV setup and live triage.
• Create executive support runbooks and SLAs to keep service consistent as it grows.
• Establish trusted relationships with ABPs and exec staff and define clear intake paths.
• Handle ABP escalations and urgent exec issues, routing to specialist IT functions or pods as needed.
• Manage board member device/account/access setup via the Onboarding lane and assist via shared ticket queue.

What you'll need

• 7+ years of experience in IT support.
• 3+ years of executive support experience.
• Experience supporting executives/assistants/board to a white-glove standard.
• Experience handling sensitive requests with discretion and judgment about confidentiality.
• Hands-on IT support fundamentals with a macOS-primary fleet.
• AV fluency for executive rooms and board meetings (set up, verify, fix under time pressure).
• Comfort with ambiguity and ability to progress before processes exist.
