Java Full stack tech lead - Senior Vice President

Overview

Hands-on engineering leadership role (SVP level) for the Services Onboarding & Deal Express Technology team, focused on building and architecting enterprise workflow and onboarding/implementation systems.

What you'll do

• Apply analytical thinking and development methodology knowledge to address variable issues with business impact.
• Use professional judgment to interpret data and results and make recommendations.
• Break down information systematically and communicate complex technical details with diplomacy.
• Design and develop enterprise workflow applications and onboarding/implementation systems.
• Design and deploy complex micro-frontend architectures using Webpack Module Federation.
• Design loosely coupled micro-services in Java using Spring and related technologies.
• Build solutions using message-oriented middleware such as Kafka and Apache MQ over SSL.

What you'll need

• 15+ years of experience architecting and developing enterprise workflow applications.
• 10+ years in solution architecture designing onboarding and implementation systems.
• Deep experience using AI dev tools to deliver solutions/features independently.
• Proven hands-on experience with Java (10+): Spring, Spring Boot, Spring Data, JPA, REST, Maven/Gradle, web sockets.
• Experience with message formats including XML/JSON/Protobuf and related schema/descriptor languages.
• Working experience with web services technologies including REST, JSON, SOAP, JAXB, and JAX-WS.
• Extensive experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
